DT-HATS supervisor:

Chaouki Habchi

Supervisor of DC6 and DC11

Chaouki Habchi is a Senior Scientist at IFP Energies Nouvelles

Prof. Chaouki Habchi received a PhD degree in the field of Computational Fluid Dynamics from Sorbonne University in 1990. In recognition of his achievements, he received in 2006 a “Management of Research HDR degree” from the Institut national Polytechnique Toulouse. Now, Prof. Chaouki Habchi is leading the two-phase flow modelling group in the Digital Science and Technology Division at IFPEN. He has also been a member of the scientific committee of ILASS-Europe 2010-2024 (http://ilasseurope.org).

What is your motivation to join DT-HATS?

This project’s integration of high-fidelity simulations, machine learning and experimental data offers a unique interdisciplinary framework to train excellent researchers and accelerate the adoption of green fuel technologies for sustainable mobility.
